Adel Mir, Commerce graduate, brings over 35 years of leadership experience across trading, construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing. Based in the UAE since 1992, he has held senior management positions with prominent local and multinational companies, building deep expertise in operational efficiency, financial governance, and strategic planning.

Appointed GM of Operations at N.A.Z. Industries in 2021, Adel led a full-scale business revitalization,restoring growth, strengthening internal systems, and establishing a sustainable framework for long-term competitiveness. This success earned him a promotion to CEO of the company in 2023.

Combining strategic oversight with direct involvement in sales and operations, he ensures seamless integration between corporate objectives and operational execution. His proven strengths in planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and system optimization enable him to lead cross-functional teams in delivering heavy-duty transport solutions that consistently meet the highest industry standards.
