Fadi El Karmi

Fadi El Karmi, Product and Technical Manager, leads Product Management & Development for the Goodyear Rubber and Tire Company in the Emerging Markets, a region which consists of Middle East & Africa, South Africa and Turkey. Since being designated in 2017, Fadi has led include Technical Customer Service, Government Compliance & Regulation for the company, and continues to drive and maintain the product portfolio and the future product roadmap of the region, offering the right products/solutions suitable for the operating conditions of each country.

In addition to leading marketing initiatives, value propositions for the company Fadi also acts as the ambassador of the truck business unit.

A 15-year Goodyear veteran, Fadi has held various roles in the company, covering areas from marketing, sales to training and development, with specific focus on the MEA region.

Fadi holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has over 20 years of experience working within the Automotive industry in MEA Region. This has enabled him to gain a unique market understanding of customer requirements, conditions, applications and needs for all the main markets within the MEA region.
